If you have negative equity on the motorcycle (as in it's worth less than what you currently owe), the dealer may still buy the motorcycle and pay off the loan, but the difference will be rolled into your new motorcycle loan - meaning you'll still need to pay it off eventually.
Q: How soon can you trade in a financed motorcycle?
A: There's no time limit that's set in stone, but it's a good idea to wait until you have positive equity.
